Her role bridges the clinical and patient experience sides of the practice. From explaining treatment plans in plain language to checking in after procedures, Grace is passionate about empowering patients with knowledge and support. She also plays an instrumental part in mentoring junior nurses, championing clinical excellence and best practice.
