Having spent over five years in a fast-paced hospitality environment at Wetherspoons, his time there allowed him to refine his ability to provide exceptional service, communicate effectively with a diverse range of people, and manage high-pressure situations with ease.
Working his way up into a leadership role as a Shift Leader, Howard developed strong problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and efficient environment — qualities that make him a perfect fit for our Front of House team.
Now applying his expertise to private healthcare, Howard ensures that every patient feels at ease from the moment they walk through our doors. Whether managing appointments, coordinating with clinical teams, or delivering a seamless patient experience, his warm and professional approach makes him an integral part of the Olive Tree Dental family.
Outside of work, Howard enjoys drawing, exploring new technology, and bike riding. He also loves taking nature walks along scenic trails to clear his mind and unwind.
