Over time, her role has evolved to lean more towards strategy and the development of the business side of OTD, with a focus on growth and enhancing the practice as a leading private dental provider. She enjoys working closely with the management team to lead the wider team towards success, ensuring that both patients and staff benefit from a supportive and thriving practice environment.
She has recently completed courses in disruptive marketing and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) awareness, recognising the importance of combining innovative thinking with a commitment to supporting a healthy, positive team culture.
Outside of work, Nivert loves travelling, luxury fashion, art, and drawing, and is a foodie at heart. She also enjoys keeping up to date with digital marketing trends and social media, always looking for new ways to bring creativity and growth to Olive Tree Dental.
