Comprehensive Consultation (First appointment)
If you are a new patient to Olive Tree Dental a new patient exam is carried out first to ensure you are dentally fit for the treatment. A comprehensive assessment is then undertaken. Digital iTero scans of your teeth, CBCT scans, X-rays and clinical photos are taken to ensure a bespoke treatment plan is created.

Surgery Day (second appointment)
Your implants are placed into the jaw under local anaesthetic. A temporary set of teeth are placed post-procedure.
Surgery Follow-up Appointment (third appointment)
We will invite you to attend a check-up two weeks following your surgery to check the healing progress and to ensure we are continuously providing support throughout your treatment journey.
Restoration Placement (forth appointment)
Once the 3–6-month healing period is complete, and your implants have successfully integrated with your jaw, it’s time to place your permanent fixed teeth.
Patient Promise (aftercare)
Our care for you doesn’t stop once your implant and crown are placed. Should something happen to your implant, we can provide a review with the Implant Dentist, who will solve the issue and get you smiling again in no time. Implant crowns have a warranty of 1 year.
No. Your custom-made bridge will be permanently attached to your implants. However, your dentist will be able to remove your bridge for maintenance. The beauty of All-on-4 is that it provides excellent stability when you’re chewing, laughing, and smiling, staying firmly in place.
The All-on-4 method allows us to fit a temporary bridge right after your implant placement procedure. This means at no point will you need to put up with having gaps in your smile for the duration of the 3–6-month healing time.
